You must be familiar with the times you had to pause the video streaming in between to switch platforms. However, now many platforms have started supporting the Picture-in-Picture mode, which enables you to view the video on a smaller screen while you use some other platform.

Video streaming platforms like Netflix use the PiP feature and makes it easy for you to continue watching a show or a movie without stopping in between. Fortunately, Mozilla Firefox also offers PiP mode.

Therefore, the steps to enable and use the PiP feature in Firefox are:

  1. Launch ‘Firefox’ on your PC.
  2. Go to the ‘Settings’ menu of the browser.
  3. If you’re using a Windows PC, locate the three-line menu button in the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the same. A drop-down menu will open. Select the ‘Options’ option.

If you’re using Mac, locate the three-line menu button in the upper-right corner of the screen and click on the same. A drop-down menu will open. Select the ‘Preferences’ option.

  1. Click on the ‘General’ tab from the left menu and go to the ‘Browsing’ section.

Furthermore, you can access other platforms simultaneously. Isn’t that awesome? In case you’ve never used the PiP feature in Firefox, try it out now and entertain yourself while working on a project.
